Yes. Medical centers and restaurants are part of our commercial construction scope. Both need more from the building than a standard office: infection control and specialist services for clinics, and kitchen extraction, drainage and hygiene requirements for restaurants. We plan these from the brief so the space is ready to operate at handover.
