Design & Planning is the first stage of the Laurent Delivery Model. We develop your brief into architectural and interior designs, coordinated drawings and a Bill of Quantities. You get a buildable design and a clear cost picture before construction starts, prepared by the same team that will engineer and build it.

Interior & Exterior Design

Interior and exterior design for homes and commercial spaces, from space planning and finishes to facades, managed through to handover.

Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

Engineer-prepared Bills of Quantities and cost estimates that set a realistic budget and make contractor bids comparable line by line.

02 · Engineering

Build systems that perform.

Mechanical (HVAC), electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting engineering, MEP contracting and steel structures. We design and install the systems that make a building work, and we coordinate them with the structure from the start.

Engineering overview

Engineering is the second stage of the Laurent Delivery Model. We design and install mechanical (HVAC), electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting systems, and we engineer and erect steel structures. Every system is coordinated with the architecture and structure, then tested and commissioned, so the building performs as designed from handover.

MEP Contracting

Integrated mechanical, electrical and plumbing contracting in Alexandria, Cairo and across Egypt, from coordinated design to tested, commissioned systems.

Mechanical Engineering

HVAC, central plant, chilled water, exhaust and DDC control systems for buildings across Egypt, from load calculations to commissioning.

Electrical Engineering

Power, lighting, critical power, fire alarm, lightning protection and low-current systems designed and commissioned for buildings across Egypt.

Plumbing & Firefighting Engineering

Water supply, filtration, drainage and firefighting systems designed, supervised and pressure-tested for buildings across Egypt.

Steel Structure

Steel structures engineered, fabricated, erected and inspected for warehouses, halls, commercial and industrial buildings across Egypt.

03 · Construction & Delivery

Take ownership until handover.

Residential and commercial construction, foundation works and turnkey project delivery. We build what was designed and engineered, manage the site, and hand over a finished, tested project with one team accountable from start to finish.

Construction & Delivery is the final stage of the Laurent Delivery Model. We build residential and commercial projects, from foundation works through structure, MEP installation and finishing, and manage the site to handover. Because Laurent also designs and engineers, one team stays accountable for scope, quality and programme.
