Who we are

An integrated design, engineering and construction company

Laurent is a design, engineering and construction company based in Smouha, Alexandria, delivering projects across Egypt. We take projects from the first brief to handover: design and planning, MEP and structural engineering, and construction.

Our work covers architectural and interior design, Bills of Quantities, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, steel structures, foundation works, and residential and commercial construction.

We work as one team. The engineers who design your systems stay involved while they are built, and one party stays accountable for scope, quality and programme.

The Laurent Delivery Model

Three disciplines, one team

Design & Planning

Architectural design, interior and exterior design, and Bills of Quantities. We turn your brief into drawings, specifications and a costed scope before anything is built, so decisions are made on paper, where they are cheap to change.

Engineering

Mechanical (HVAC), electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting engineering, MEP contracting and steel structures. We design and install the systems that make a building work, and we coordinate them with the structure from the start.

Construction & Delivery

Residential and commercial construction, foundation works and turnkey project delivery. We build what was designed and engineered, manage the site, and hand over a finished, tested project with one team accountable from start to finish.

    We develop the architecture and interiors into coordinated drawings, then cost them in a Bill of Quantities.

    Engineer

    We engineer the MEP systems and structure alongside the design, so every system fits and performs.

    Execute

    We build to the approved drawings, manage the site and inspect the work at each stage.

    Deliver

    We test and commission the systems and hand over a finished project, ready to use.
