How much does interior design cost in Alexandria?
Interior design cost typically depends on the area, the level of finish, whether furniture is included and whether you need design only or design with implementation. A single-room upgrade and a full villa interior are priced very differently. Share your floor plan, photos and priorities with us and we will propose a scope and fee that fits.
How long does an interior design project take?
Duration typically depends on the size of the space, how quickly design decisions are approved and lead times for selected materials and furniture. Imported or custom items usually add the most time. We set a programme at the start covering design, procurement and implementation, and update you if any lead time changes.
What is included in your interior design service?
Our interior design service includes space planning, concept development, material and finish selection, furniture specification, 3D visualizations and full documentation for procurement. If you appoint us for implementation, we also supervise the works and hand over the finished space. Facade and exterior design can be added to the same scope.
Do you carry out the fit-out works as well as the design?
Yes. Laurent can manage implementation after design, supervising the works through to final review and handover. Keeping design and delivery with one team means fewer gaps between drawings and site. If you prefer, we can deliver design documentation only and you appoint your own contractor.
Can you redesign the facade of an existing building?
Yes. We design facade upgrades for existing buildings, including new cladding, fenestration, entrance canopies, shutters and pathway design. We first assess the existing structure and openings, then propose options that improve appearance and performance while respecting what the building can support.
